I am mother of 2 and married to an amazing man for almost 9 years. Since I can remember health & fitness has been a very important role in my life. I have always worked out and strived hard to teach my kids a healthy lifestyle of eating good and exercising to take care of our bodies.
I love to workout! Ok...well, not always but, I love the way I feel when I am done. In the last couple of years I took up running and have ran 2 marathons and 5 half-marathons.
I love spending time with my family whether it be playing in the yard or on vacation.
